There are many reasons why you should buy our Bootable USB Flash Drive Solutions:

  • Takes too long to download or you have no internet to perform upgrades.
  • Looking for an offline tool for operating system recovery.
  • If your hard drive is dead or corrupt and needs software after replacing.

Our USB Drives are created with full installation of the OSX version you need to get back up and running!

You can either perform a clean new install or upgrade existing OSX on a compatible Intel based Apple Mac, iMac, Macbook, etc.

Go to about your Mac to determine what model you currently have. Then google " Mac OSX Version Compatibility Guide For Mac Models " and check what OSX version you can run or is supported.

Read the instructions below carefully! We have also listed the most common troubleshooting issues and the fixes for them as well. We are happy to help if you have trouble but the most common support issues we get are from miss steps or not reading the instructions.

OS X bootable usb

1. Plug in your bootable USB drive and Restart your Mac while holding the Option key. Make sure to keep it pressed down!

If your Mac is older than 2012, you may encounter a disk error during loading or installing such as:

“can’t be verified” and “error occurred while preparing  the installation” or "error reading the disk error" You will need to check your clock and set the date/time and timezone correctly to get past the error.

2. When it restarts, you’ll have a few options. Choose your USB Installer.

3. Next, select the Disk Utility

4. In the window, at the top of the left bar, select your Mac’s Main Drive.

5. Next to the First Aid Button at the top, click the Erase

6. Now, near the center of the window, select the Format drop-down list and select “Mac OS X Extended (Journaled)”

7. Click Erase (!!WARNING!! this will erase your drives data) and allow time for the drive to format.

8. When it’s finished, close out Disk Utility and select “Install OS X” from the menu.

9. Select your main drive and install a brand new OS X on it.
